The primary service area for the Joplin Association for the Blind and Low Vision Enhancement Center is a 80 mile radius of Joplin, Missouri. We serve the four state areas of Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri and Oklahoma. The majority of our clients are low vision and access services through the Low Vision Enhancement Center.  We continue to expand our resources and facility to provide added low vision assistance for our clients.  The Joplin Association for the Blind and Low Vision Enhancement Center provides services for children, youth and adults.

Our mission is to help meet the changing needs of individuals with low vision or blindness, by addressing their needs from a physical, medical, social, and emotional approach.
